Getting started

It is really important when looking for a life coach that you find someone you trust and with whom you feel comfortable.  Life coaching is not only a significant time and financial investment, but it may also require you to explore areas of your life in some detail and so it is imperative that you have a good rapport and connection with your coach.

Complimentary ‘chemistry’ session

I offer a complimentary, no obligation 30 minute ‘chemistry’ session or call so you can decide whether I am the right coach for you.  Over a cup of tea in my coaching studio (or over the phone – whatever suits you best), we will have the opportunity to make an initial introduction and I will be able to share a bit about my style of coaching.  It won’t be a coaching session in itself but it will be a chance for you to share at a high level what exactly you want to explore, get focussed on the goals you’re looking to achieve and ask me any questions you have.  All new clients are required to attend an initial ‘chemistry’ session.

In the unlikely event that you decide afterwards that I am not the right coach for you, the process will end there and you will not be bombarded with reminders or marketing materials.  Hopefully, however, that won’t be the case and it will be the start of a fruitful coaching relationship!

Starting your life coaching sessions

Once you have decided to sign up for a coaching session, all you need to do is e-mail me at with your availability and we can get it booked in.  Payment is made in advance of the sessions using the easy to use online payment system available via the homepage.

Many life coaches require their clients to sign up for a minimum number of sessions.  However, I am mindful that you might not want to make such a big investment upfront so it is entirely your choice how many sessions you wish to sign up for – you can start with just one session and see how you go or alternatively you can sign up for a programme of sessions.  The choice is yours.  Please see the ‘Fees’ section for the different cost options as well as the terms and conditions.
